I TRUST YOU IN THE UNKNOWN

Let me see beauty where there's none, Lord!

New Roads // New Rivers

Stepping into the unknown always requires faith & lots of courage to be bold enough to listen what is in God's heart and make a move to see it accomplished - Nothing will ever change if you don't get out of your comfort zone and explore this new roads and new rivers that God has put in your path!

“Forget the former things;

Going towards the complete unseen season of life often feels like the craziest thing you are about to do in your life but this is exactly how God wants you to live, in a completely abandoned trust in Him because the reality is, you don't need to know how is going to work out - The One who has called you, He KNOWS! - the only thing you need to do is trusting Him, trusting His power and His perfect ways and never-ever forget that He is good no matter what, even when you don't understand His ways (Jesus replied, "You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand." John 13:7)

He is about to do a new thing, fully embark in this journey and trust Him!! It will be worth it, it will be exciting and unfathomable but it's only going to happen if you step out and go for it :)

Forget what is behind and embrace the NEW - He has more for your life, more than you could ever imagine!! just TRUST HIM!! He knows what He is doing and don't forget that The One who has called you will sustain you and give you grace and enough strength to do well. He WILL finish the good work He has begun in your life because HE IS FAITHFUL!

Love can happen anywhere you just need to be open.

How often we build walls instead of bridges

when actually the only thing we need is 

to be open to love and be loved.

LOVE is the key

LOVE is the answer

LOVE is what everyone needs.

How more exciting and beautiful the world would be

if everyone 'practiced' more what they say about love?!

You will never fully understand the real meaning of life unless you

 let your heart be vulnerable enough to love.

And I'm not even talking about love between two lovers,

but the genuine love we have for one another 

& for The One who gave His life for us.

A LOVE that exceeds all understanding has gracefully reached me

& I'll be forever grateful for that!

Love as much as you can

and even when you don't feel loved,

love even more!!!

Love will always WIN!

Because He first loved us (1 John 4:19) now we can freely love and be loved!

Be Fearless

Be passionate about your LOVE for the One who gave His life for you - Let's make it public what's inside of our hearts so that people can discover the greatest LOVE the humanity could ever receive.

"A LOVE that cannot be contained, that cannot be unseen" - A LOVE that will lead others to be fearless as well in the pursuit of Him because when we live fearless, we live bold and the circumstances of life have no power to make us doubt that He is with us and He is for us - nothing else can change this certainty in our hearts when we get this revelation of Who He Is in our lives.

What a big party is it when we Praise Jesus!!

When we can be all emerged into His presence and not worry about a thing.

Well, at least this is the way we should do  

when we worship Him, wholehearted 

with a surrendered heart. 

I want to go back to the real essence/meaning of worship

 and dive in into a whole new level of intimacy 

because worship is powerful and sometimes we don't quite realise that  

or even see that way and that's why we need to understand

 the power of praise & worship in our lives 

and how significant are the declarations we do and 

the battle we fight when we sing to God. 

Don't see worship as just songs but see it as a powerful weapon 

to overcome everything in your life.

We need to learn how to use our worship as a weapon 
to fight over our situation/circumstances.

And we also need to learn to actually believe
 and proclaim with authority the words we are signing 
so that we will be able to see the strength 
we have in Him and LIVE that way!

We are called to be sons and daughters of the living God who delights in us and rejoices over us with singing  

"The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17

Our creator rejoices over us with singing and our natural response to that is to sing back to him with hearts wide open in gratefulness for his goodness. A sincere heart when we sing to Him is all it takes to connect you to Our Father. Don't ever despite the power of your worship, when circumstances come your way don't panic - WORSHIP!! He totally got this!!

Spirit - LEAD ME

Sometimes we don't know where to go, we don't know what to do & we don't feel like God is saying what He wants us to do... Sometimes things don't make sense, life is inexplicable and people seem to just keep disappointing us... if there's one thing I learned in life so far it's that we actually don't need to have all the answers, but instead we need to enjoy the journey because HE is the One who is carrying us through the way and He will NEVER leave us or abandon us.

"Don't worry about what I'm doing, worry about why you're worried about what I'm doing"

Because the truth is, we live by faith and not by sight!!! He is definitely in control and the only thing we need to do is to trust Him

Jesus answered, “You don’t understand now what I’m doing, but it will be clear enough to you later.” - John 13:7

He won't fail us if you have this firm conviction in your heart you will be able to go through anything in life with a certainty that He is with you and even that you don't understand why, you know that He's got your back and everything will be fine at its proper time! How often we forget that our father in heaven loves us so deeply and so intensively? He KNOWS what He is doing - just TRUST Him and enjoy the journey - He is leading your paths!!

There's nothing that God can't fix it!!!

TRUST HIM

cause he CAN heal your heart and breathe life into your soul

Let us make a joyful noise!

"O COME, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation! Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise!" - Psalms 95:1-2

Sing when you are happy,
Sing when you are sad,
Because praising Him it's not about how you're feeling, but it has to do with what He is, it has to do with focusing on the source of our needs instead of focusing on our own limitation. He has everything we need, He has himself which is the only thing we actually need in our lives, if we have Him fully in our lives we don't need anything else because He will fill our hearts and our lives with what we need. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving because He is faithful and He has taken good care of us. In the midst of your battle remember to open your heart in worship and focus on the One who carries us through and loves us no matter what. Worship unlocks our hearts and expands it to be closer to God and know who He is. There's no better feeling than having His glory revealed to us in a mighty way - Allow your heart to sing in every circumstances and seasons of your life cause He is worthy and He goes before you - He battles for you - just keep praising Him with a thankful heart!

Let Hope Rise

Sunday Night someone came up to me saying that had a word for me and then she said that I had to Let Hope Rise.

Sometimes we're so caught up in the chaos of life that we don't realise how much hopeless we've been living our lives, in the midst of all our sorrows and struggles we want God to come through but we often forget that He hasn't abandoned us and then we think that things will never be sorted out, we lose hope only because this hope has been deferred for such a long time, but that's not the way God wants us to live - He wants us to hold onto this hope as an anchor for our souls, that no matter what happens He will always come to rescue us. So often we find the statement of 'God is good' so hard to believe specially when we're facing so many serious pain and troubles in life, but when we say God is Good - this is his essence and it's not something based on our circumstances, because even in the midst of your trials he surely has been good to you, sometimes you just don't see it cause you're focusing on your limitations and not on the source of your faith, maybe things are not being the way you wish it could be happening right now but He will prove his faithfulness and his goodness towards you at the end and you'll look back and realise how faithful He was through all of this. Keep Holding On! Keep Trusting Him!

"But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more" - Psalm 71:14

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." - Romans 12:12

"For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently" - Romans 8:24-25

Don't let life stop your song

Life is full of ups and downs and when we are all emerged in our suffering It's so easy to lose our focus when facing a hard season in life, it's so easy to look at our problems instead of looking at the One who can solve all of them, It's so hard to open our mouths and hearts and simply worship God, cause we often forget that worship is about Him and not about of how we are feeling at the moment.
Have you ever faced a situation that you don't understand why, you don't see anything good happening and the only thing you really expect is to hear His voice telling you what to do but instead you hear him asking you - Do you trust me?
You know what? there're times in life that the only thing you can do is worship God. Worship Him should be something we do joyfully in season & out of season - regardless of how we feel or what might happen in life, but we so easily forget that His praise MUST be continually in our lips. Our sorrows need to be the fuel that draws us near to Him and not something that repel us from Him cause they come to show us how faithful God is in every season - that even if things don't turn up the way you thought you know that trusting Him is not about having things happening the way you want but having God in control of your life making the best for you - He certainly has the best for His children and He will never ever abandon us or leave us! Worship God for who He is and be content with the beautiful plan He has for you, trust Him in every season!

God has His ways - ways which sometimes we don't understand but we trust because we know He LOVES US!!

'I WILL'

Sometimes the only thing you hear from God is 'Trust Me' 
and without having any evidence of how your situation will turn out 
you just take a deep breath and answer back - 'I Will'. 
God sometimes tests our patience to make us grow 
in our obedience & wisdom. 

Jehovah El Roi - The God who sees - sees you 
and sees what you have been passing through 
so take heart because in his perfect timing He will come through - 
just Have Faith - Be Patient & Trust Him

Hey, YOU!

Sometimes is so easy to compare ourselves to others, especially when it comes to our gifts & talents, we all tend to think that we are not good enough or even worse when we think we are better than everyone else and the pride starts to grow in our hearts as a prize gained through our 'unique skills'. But remember: EVERYONE is good at something! you might be fabulous at something you do but you are not the only one in the world, if you look around you you will see that EVERYONE has their speciality and there's something that only they can do so perfectly and uniquely. EVERYONE matters & EVERYONE has a talent and a gift. But unfortunately not everyone knows what they are really good at. So, Hey - You! Start discovering what is really in your heart and make it happen. God surely placed gifts and talents within you but you gotta discover by yourself.

These words were so well said by Christine Caine - "The gift within you will destroy you if the character within you cannot sustain you". Cause our gifts and talents are given by God and it's our responsibility to take care of them not only growing and improving in our abilities/skills but also being mindful that we need to develop our character in order to maintain ourselves stabled in the calling and purpose He has for our lives.

Don't forget that! It's ALL ABOUT HIM - not you!
Because we live for the glory of God, for His name sake
"... whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." - 1 Cor. 10:31 (NIV)
So be mindful about the gift He has placed in your life and work to get better at it but please, don't ever think it's about you because the day you start thinking that it will destroy you.
Be totally open to God's beautiful work takes place in your life and allow Him to use the talents and gifts He has put within you and you will see great things come out of your life.
Be closer to the Creator, spend more time with Him in order to be more creative and be able to pour out your creativity into people's lives and see them be blessed by the gifts He gave to you!

Being COOL vs. Seeking what really matters

So often we get caught up in the futility of life, thinking and acting like everyone else & seeking what doesn't really matter in life just because everyone is pursuing a status - a life that impresses only themselves and brings self-satisfaction - and then we feel like we are really chasing the wind!

What really matters to you?

"Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognise what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you." Romans 12:2

For me, what really matters is seeking Jesus with all my heart, having my relationship with Him getting closer and closer every day - nothing in this world will ever completely satisfy me if it's not His presence - the emptiness & futility of this world don't attract me but make me want to be closer to him.

Don't strive to fit into a certain group of people but be yourself and I'm 100% sure that you will draw the best people around you because you will pour out love into their lives and this is what really matters - His love being poured out into people's hearts! JESUS is what really matters! Do you love Him enough to say - take the world but give me Jesus? take everything that would take His place so that I can have Him more real in my life.. Would you say that?

SEEK what really matters!
and you'll find Him so ready to take your relationship with him to a whole nother level!

The more you know who He is - the more you know who you are.
Know your identity and stop chasing the wind!

More than 200 girls were kidnapped in Nigeria while they were relaxing in their dorms at the Government Girls Secondary School by the terrorists which after having shot the guards, and setting fire to houses, drove off into the woods with nearly 300 of the girls.

We can't do everything but we MUST do something and here are some things that you can help with:

1- Prayers

3- Writing a letter of support and encouragement to the families of the girls that have been abducted.

Even in your hardest time learn to have a grateful heart ready to bring praises to Him because He is working in the unseen for YOU - you DON'T need to worry! He's the one who will keep you on track - rely on Him because He is definitely with YOU! Don't fear - He's got your back :) Just smile & be content!

Sometimes we get so full every Sunday but we forget to pour out into people's lives.

You can do small things and it will still be significant!
It doesn't take too much to show people around you the road that leads them home.

Bring HIS rest to people's hearts!! Be a light into the World!!
Open up your mouth and start speaking words that will bless others - show them the same love that God has shown you.

Keep walking, Babe!

Sometimes when things get hard we forget to see the big picture and get caught up on the present and its sufferings. There will be things that you won't understand why they happened the way it did but the truth is sometimes we are not meant to understand we are meant to TRUST with our eyes closed and a gentle whisper in our hearts saying 'keep going son, I'm with you'.
I'm not going to say that it's easy because it's not but the journey with Jesus is so worthy and so pleasurable because the secret is - we have to choose not getting stuck in our present situation but aiming to a brighter future with him. We have this promise that He will never leave or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6) and this is enough to keep pressing on with no fear. HE IS WITH YOU just keep going!! You don't need to understand - you need to TRUST HIM!

Because if you stop for a moment to think - we serve Jesus not because of what is happening right now in our lives but because of what has already happened, we love him because he first loved us, because He laid down His life for us. His grace is sufficient for me and for you!
